Heather Howe received the Brattleboro Spirit of ADA Award for her tremendous work at the assisting individuals with disabilities achieve meaningful employment through a variety of progressive employment options. Heather is a strong supporter in the belief that all who want to work should have equal access to employment opportunities.
In attendance today for her ceremony were representatives from Economic Services Reach Up program, HCRS DS, CRT & JOBS programs, VABIR and VocRehab as well as Senator Becca Balint and Representative Laura Sibilia. Presenting the award to Heather was Donna Curtin,
Chair of the Governors Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities and GCEPD committee member Samuel Liss.
