While giving out our Quarterly award to Ethan Allen the HR Director( Amy Bergeron) was asked by the media why do you work with CWS she said look around see all these people here, that’s why. We figured that around 35 consumers have come from our CWS team and became employees of Ethan Allen since February. Amy said that she knows when working with the CWs team that she just needs to pick up the phone and someone is there for both the Consumer and Ethan Allen.
An EC from the team said that she knows if someone is looking for manufacturing that Ethan Allen is willing to work in finding them employment. Amy also spoke of the individual hiring fairs that CWS worked with them on and said that they were so successful because of all the team work.
